Staff is the big asset

Had an awesome group trip with friends! We loved exploring the Chicamocha National Park and checking out the stunning coffee plantations near Mesa de Los Santos. The hotel had great amenities and the staff was super accommodating, especially during meals. Don't miss out on the breakfast—they whip up some amazing custom omelets! Wi-Fi was reliable, too, which was a nice bonus.

The only downside for me was the bed, which felt incredibly hard—almost like sleeping on plywood. It took some getting used to, but I still managed to get some decent sleep.

Comfortable Stay Despite Noise

We enjoyed our time here despite the surrounding noise. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A memorable morning was having breakfast on the terrace, watching the city come to life. A tip for future guests, bring earplugs for a good night's sleep!

The shower was well renovated and the

beds were comfortable, but the breakfast really left something to be desired. It's disappointing that after several years of staying here, the meal options felt limited compared to past experiences. I'd like to see improvements next visit.

During our five-night stay, the staff stood out with their warmth and attentiveness—particularly our waiter Carlos, who made dining extra special. The large, clean Superior Double Room offered us comfort and a secure feeling throughout our visit. Although we enjoyed breakfast, the limited choices became a bit repetitive after a few days. The wonderful spa treatments, including massages and facials, elevated our experience significantly, making it a memorable trip.

I stayed for 6 nights and loved the versatile breakfast options and interesting art on the walls. The swimming pool was nice too! I'd choose this place again.

I had a good stay at Chicamocha. The art throughout the hotel enhanced my experience, and the breakfast offered a satisfying variety. Although the surrounding street noise was noticeable, the well-maintained room and exquisite dining made my visit nice. I'll certainly return!

Couldn't recommend more for short stay

Clean room, friendly staff, and great amenities made my stay enjoyable, especially with a gym available for a quick workout and a helpful restaurant offering delicious meals just a short distance from the cable car station to admire the breathtaking views.
